Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all services provided by Tradefreshhub (ABN 12 345 678 901), including workshop repairs, mobile mechanic visits and diagnostics. By booking or receiving services you agree to these terms.

  1. Scope: Services ordered, estimated costs and timelines form the primary engagement. Written estimates override verbal quotes.
  2. Payment: Payment is due on completion unless prior arrangement is made in writing.
  3. Access: You must provide access to the vehicle and accurate information about its condition.
  4. Third-party parts: We may fit manufacturer or aftermarket parts; third-party items supplied by you are used at your risk.

Australian Consumer Law & Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) certain guarantees apply to services and goods supplied. These guarantees cannot be excluded where they apply.

Warranties, Liability & Limitations

Below are the common warranty types and limitations. Read carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Manufacturer warranties cover parts as specified by the supplier. Tradefreshhub provides labour warranties on installation where applicable. Duration varies by part and is stated on your invoice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradefreshhub's liability for indirect, special or consequential loss is excluded. Statutory rights under ACL are not limited by this clause where they operate.

Report warranty claims promptly. We may require inspection and the original invoice. Claims should be made within a reasonable time from discovery of the issue.

If you have a complaint regarding services or consumer guarantees, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

  3. Where applicable, consumers may seek remedies through the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) or local consumer affairs bodies.
